fitness

Hi how are you gays i'm back with a new blog .

so today we had to make a fitness rotation

they were.....

Fitness Circuit Requirements:

Your circuit must contain the following elements:
  • An aerobic component
  • A muscular endurance component - body weight
  • An anaerobic component
Optional:
  • Flexibility component
Additional Component to include:
  • Time - 20 mins total, include time per exercise i.e. 30sec sprint
  • Reps & Sets
  • A rest component

    This looks like a great fitness circuit, I like that you have included a picture of your circuit in your blog. Have you tested it out during fitness time? Does it work well or do you need to make any changes? Next time could you include some more information explaining the task in more detail?
